We got both our carpets and laminate floors put in by The Flooring Mill. Stephen put us at ease from day one, by walking us through the various options we had for the floors and raising any potential concerns about the installation - this meant there were no surprises later on in the process. Stephen's team that installed the floors were extremely professional and did a stellar job with the eventual finish. A very important mention must also go to Suzy who took care of all the administrative tasks like quotes, coordinating dates etc. Suzy was extremely responsive and put us at ease every step of the way.

Flooring Mill was recommended to us by other people in our development. We compared their quote prices with 3 other suppliers and they were mid-range but so much more honest, transparent and upfront about the whole flooring process. We decided to spend a bit more on natural wool carpet and harder wearing floors because we want this to last 10-15 years and not exacerbate any allergies we have. Their team is also the best we found: Suzy was incredibly helpful and responsive on email and over phone. Stephen travelled to us to show us boards and carpets and gave expert practical suggestions at the final measurements day. He was responsive over WhatsApp throughout the flooring process. Craig did a phenomenal job laying the floorboards, he pulled out the ones I said I didn’t like and made sure they were laid in inconspicuous places (cupboard under the stairs) and he managed to remove the skirtings without much wall damage so repainting them was very cheap. Kevin did an excellent job with the carpets. They really surpassed our expectations.
